Procedure for Company to Company/ Trust

1) Receiving Company/ Trust have to give the necessary documents for approval. (Once approved time and date for work will be given)
2)One day prior on the mutually decided time by both parties Company will share KYC (to be noted only)
Please note: Company will share the KYC only with the authorised person from the receiving Company/ Trust.
3)Once both parties are satisfied Donor Company will do RTGS of Rs.10000 in which ever account suggested by Receiving Company/ Trust.
4)Next day on the mutually decided time by both parties the Company person will show the authorisation, personal ID and come along with the statement.
Please Note: It will be shown to the authorised person of receiving Company/ Trust. They can verify/ note down the account statement to verify the previous day transaction of Rs.10000.
Once satisfied you have to take the Donar Company's authorised person to the material. He will do a random check and hit a RTGS of 2% to 5%.
6)Once you do in/out and satisfied, the Q&Q team will come and do full Q&Q check.
PLEASE NOTE: Material should be out of the box and on the floor. It should not be any place of worship/ School etc. Only on ground floor of Commercial place/ Office.
7) Once full Q&Q is done successfully RTGS will be done as per the Ratio agreed upon. Again you can do in/ out, once satisfied Company will give the Media Commission and leave with the material. (Please note necessary documentation will be done simultaneously)
FAILURE ON EITHER PARTIES SIDE WILL BE LIABLE TO PAY 1% PENALTY.
