Receiver company bank must be Indian or foreign Indian bank, cooperative society account will not be accepted.

Required receiver company
- 3.5cr latest bank statement
- full KYC
- latest BRL
- latest cancelled cheque
- banking co-ordinates

Donor will RTGS 7.5cr

5.5cr - re-rtgs into donor two accounts.
1.40cr - receiver will keep.
60 lakh commission - A and B - re-RTGS in two paymasters account or receiver can give cash as well.

Investment agreement will be signed with receiver company.

Donor is ready to complete this transaction by Thursday.
