This is RP blocked fund by RBI of Umapathy hanumantappa file which is 62000cr, there are 4 co beneficiaries, one of them is satyanarayana Nagalli is direct to me

Let me know, if anybody can settle the co beneficiary Satyanarayana share of 15kcr, without the consent of main beneficiary umapathy hanumantappa, as he has not produced NOC or original documents to the co beneficiaries,and simply prolonging the matter since 4 yrs.
Just for this reason, we r looking

Either settlement of specific 15kcr share through RBI or outright purchase
