All the steps and stages mentioned in the LOI is a self explanatory of the seriousness of the party in concluding the deal safe and smoothly.

I request to get the Invitation / Offer from the Principal , secondly the meeting starts with the Mandates of both sides.

Declaration by the MANDATE OF BOTH SIDES IN WRITTEN AFFIDAFIT
For eg : Mr.Srinvas xxxxx is the direct mandate of receiving / CDR owner company will declare that he has seen the CDR/ receiving company details in full ie paid up / authorised capital necessary to receive the unsecured loan amount in full, RBI approved projects , will bring down the CDR owner to table etc and place 1 Cr chq on funders mandate name and date

similarly buyers/funder mandate must inform/ write down that has seen the fund proof, ready to bring the signatory on table, ready to do in out of the funds from the signatory account, statement before after will be given, rbi approvals to give unsecxured loan etc with 1 Cr Chq to CDR 's Mandate Mr.Srinivas xxxxx

By doing so, both party is confident that they are ready to perform the next step, of course performance guarantee 1 % on face value will be in place at later satge ie before both signatory's

If the condition accepted, start the work immediately.

It has to be performed in Mumbai Only. Pl send the offer / Invitation letter and after receiving will confirm the acceptance as well the convenient time date of meeting (convenient on both sides)
