i already send couple of mail and send one time draft doa with RWA verbiage with sender detail.

if your receiver agree then fill up as early as possible with RWA bank to bank via mail and give cc copy.

Your Receiver from South korea right but as my knowledge they didn't have BPU facility , in Asia only Singapure and Hongkong only have that facility and rest of all very less chance to give BPU let try if your receiver have that much set up then only possible.

Actually without payment via swift confirmation no body give MT 760 no other option left in our hand.
