Our second channel ICICI Bank Domain ac holder *m.k.abbas* from hyd. want to sell his ac with entire funds of 6.5 L cr.
Ratio he ask for 140+10.

2nd AC CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP PROCEDURE:

Meeting to be fix after accepting to below procedure:

The meeting will be held between Ac buyer person and Ac holder Seller only, no media will be entertained.

The buyer has to bring following documents if it's on company name:

Company director company ID card...
Board resolution copy to make on 2nd Ac on person name with Id's attached...    
MoU copy...
AoA copy...
Provision...
Authorisation Letter on person name 2nd Ac change of ownership has to be made, with all his ID proofs in colour copy...
Fund Proof with Supporting documents.

If it's individual Ac, needs original Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Passport with one set of Colour copy of above id's.

Bank Challan 1-crore cash/transfer, one day before with above all documents for next day slot booking, change of ownership of 2nd Ac and Bank Challan for Changing Ac Name.

Once all above documents received will book the slot and provide the soft copy of slot booking by email in confidential Mode to buyer only...

Next day will meet 30mins before slot booking time by ICICI BANK, Financial District, Gachibowli, Hyd...OR BKC Mumbai.

Only the person on whose name 2nd Ac is being "change of ownership" will be allowed in the bank...

Once all formalities, documentation and except biometric finishes will hold the original documents...

They have to make Rtgs and once In & Out done, will do the biometric and hand over all the documents.

Any work out of Hyderabad PG will be 2.5Lakhs one day before for 48hrs max time.

The above procedure is in line and cannot be changed...
