U shud hv exercised adequate due diligence bcoz u hv trfd the money to a 3rd party account and not of MB finance.

I doubt whether any fir can be lodged regd this.

It ahould hv struck u as to why they r asking u to make pmt to a 3rd party account and not to the loan provider

The certificate is fake as lending comes under rbi which gives power to NBFC for the same.

U can lodge a FIR with all proof submitting this certificate.

Hi guys
Dont trust this MB finance.At first they will tell u that they can offer u loan. After we submit our documents like pan card aadhar card they will inform as loan amount have been approved.they will forward some documents as they are registered with Rbi and indian government to lend loan .then they will inform us tat we have to pay some initial amount bcus they are lending from foreign .so they ask as to pay some fees which they tell as foreign remittance charges, later ask for some fees as insurance later they again ask for rbi fees later ask money for something else. Simply they will loot our had earned money .they wont provide loan for us. All fake MB finance
