This person is a known criminal. The bmw is a 2nd hand car which he purchased some 7-8 years back for around 10L. 4L may be a small amount for u but not for the ppl who were robbed of it along with the money they paid to the funder

The RCs are both BMW as I can see. You sure they cheated you or you are taking out vengeance for failure? Theres something fishy as I can see. 4 lacs is a very small amount.

He is a old criminal. Earlier he used to issue letters of bacardi india pvt ltd.

Deposit the chq in ur account. It will bounce. Then send him a legal notice u/s 138 of NI act.

Dear All,

Recently we got cheated by Mr. Udayan Gupta and Mr. Santosh (his rice puller ID: Santosh K12, mobile numbers: 9062512691 & 8910738820). They both met us at TAJ Hotel M.G. Road, Bengaluru.

Mr. Udayan Gupta introduced himself as Consultant from JSW Holdings Ltd., and explained his TPF procedure. He has issued fake donation approval letter from JSW Holdings Ltd.

Mr. Santosh introduced himself as logistics owner. They both met us and taken Rs. 4 lakhs as booking charges and issued a cheque as security.

On the day of KYC, both of them switched off their mobiles and not contactable. We have lost Rs. 4 lakhs and paid fund movement charges of Rs. 10 lakhs to the funder. Total we have lost around Rs. 15 lakhs.

I request everyone to be extra cautious while dealing with people here in Rice Puller forum as they cheat you.

I am sharing their photographs and vehicle RC's along with the cheque issued by Mr. Udayan Gupta.
