1.) First, Seller has to come to Bangalore with article's latest video (with any tests) and have a meeting with the Company Representatives.

2.) After clarifying the doubts across the table, the Seller has to enter into penalty agreement. After this penalty agreement, the Company team (Company Tester, Appraiser & Representative) will come to the testing spot along with the opening kit, suits etc.

3.) Article must be shown in main city (head quarters) with proper roads & full mobile signals. The team will not come to interior places.

Note: Had the Seller failed to produce his article or either his article failed to show all the original tests (MR, RR, Water RR etc.), then the Seller has to pay the penalty amount of Rs. 15,00,000/-.
