I have noticed many Loan-Offers & even contacted few.

Why do you guys who offer such, always hide the fact of UPFRONT payments to the last minute ?!
I don't care what you call it. Fees, registration fees, charges, etc..... Its' still an UPFRONT payment.
As per my simple humble knowledge, any fees concerning a loan are deducted from the principle amount before deposited to the borrower.

So, kindly state all your conditions & terms before asking for CIS, etc.... Unless of-course you are a scammer !!!
