Once satisfied, proceed to the bank, initiate an RTGS transfer of 15 lakh, and simultaneously we will provide you a live DD of 30 lakh on the spot, keeping it in joint custody.

There should be a minimum of 50 rupees in the running fund.

For additional security, you can retain the person whose account had 15 lakh until the work is completed.

In the event of failure, we will provide you with a 30 lakh DD along with 1% RTGS of the total deal amount.

KYC will be conducted on day 2, and the work will be executed in the bank based on the terms agreed upon in the term sheet.

Note:

Three individuals will arrive:

The first person, whose account has reached 15 lakhs for your security.
The second person is the company's Chartered Accountant (CA).
The third person is the company's mandate.
The RTGs (Real Time Gross Settlement) person will arrive according to the date mentioned in the termsheet during working hours.
