1CR is not a problem at all. The co has to give a request on its letterhead asking for booking amount of 1cr in order to process donation and it has to be signed by 2/3rd majority directors of the donor co.

Upon receiving this letter, will fwd it to RoC to cancel the co registration since its illegal to ask for money in lieu of donation under PMLA act.

The acct in which the corp will receive tbe booking will never be the same acct from whr they will transfer funds as they have to acct for in their books separately.

But yes the payee name of all the accts will be the same.

In the lack of any legal agreement between the 3rd party and donor co, the chance of fraud is very high since the donor co will absolve itself of any crime.

See you need to understand, the account from which the tranfer of funds will take place are big accounts, sharing that accounts earlier in booking, media people float those accounts and lately the details are being misused. Everyone has his/her own bad experiences.
