Media Commission
30% cf the amount the Receiver receiving. 10% tds will be deducted u/s 194j. Total commission will be divided into 3 parts. SURE DEAL will keep a part and rest is yours.

Slot Booking
As usual if somebody wants to avail services he has to book it, pay for it. It's applicable here too.
5 to 10 Cr - 10 Lac
11 to 30 Cr - 15 Lac
31 to 50 Cr - 20 Lac
51 to 100 Cr - 25 Lac
After doing legal agreement MOS, Receiver has to RTGS in prior. If Receiver want security PDC could be provided.
