These numbers starting from +1 (***) etc are second series numbers..
And the site will give the number free for some fixed number of days max 7 days..

Then they will ask payment.. to retain the number.. and if no payment is made, number gets discontinued.. and then the person who has posted, creates another number ...

Be very careful in dealing with such second series number guy's..

100/100 are scammers ...
