• Amount: USD 2M – USD 50M+

• Use of Funds: Acquisitions, contract fulfillment, refinancing, project completion, urgent working capital

• Tenor: 1–5 years

• LTV: Up to 85% depending on asset type and jurisdiction

Collateral We Accept:
• Commercial or investment real estate with a clean title
• Listed securities held in custody
• Cash instruments (SBLC, time deposits, escrow funds)
• Receivables or contracts from creditworthy or government counter parties
• High-value physical assets with an established resale market (aircraft, vessels, machinery)

Jurisdictions Funded Directly: US, Canada, UK, EU27, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE (DIFC), Japan, South Korea.

Other Jurisdictions: Structured through a US special purpose vehicle holding the receivable/contract

Closing Fees:
• Prime jurisdictions: 1–2% of facility size
• Other jurisdictions/complex collateral: 2 - 4%
• Portion payable at signing, balance deducted from draw-down

Repayment: No early repayment penalty

Funding Timeline: 14 - 21 business days from submission of full documentation and credit approval

• Company financials and corporate structure

• Loan purpose statement

• KYC for all principals
