RP Buyer said that they will give me white money to bank a/c within 16 working day, how do they will do this? what is the procedure? how far it is safe(from IT)?
in this procedure will i face some IT harassment?

We are looking for genuine white parties who can do RTGS based white conversion. We have funds in bank. White party needs to show latest bank statement or should come to Cochin and show online statement. We are strict on this because there were 2 instances were the claimed white party did'nt have funds. Min 100cr current account unsecured funds required to be shown by white party. The place of transaction would be Cochin. Only RTGS based transactions are encouraged.

The requirement is urgent and genuine parties will only be entertained.

Hello Mr Waj,
Unsecured Loan: Initially, peop le who are willing to convert the amounts will apply for PAN numbers (Permanant Account Number) and DIN numbers (Director Identification Number).Soon a company is established as a sister concerned company of the Mother Company (who provides loan) and documentation is created. For this purpose the share holding is divided and shares are sold to the mother company for the Unsecured loan purpose. Here, the Mother company has to pay ROC and IT along with the establishment fee to the GOVT.
Once, everything is through, loan is payed into the benificiary's account
either through RTGS or DD or BANK TT process (if domestic) and WIRE TRANSFER (if international).
Once these amounts are in our bank account, we should be able to pay the black to the mother company and the process goes on.
NOTE: Always insist to obtain the NO CLAIM LETTER and SHARE HOLDING Certificates to avoid IT hassles.

Hi there,
I am an authorised financial consultant with operations across 6 countries around the globe.
I have seen posts in this site which are worth nothing and please dont deal with any of the frauds and loose your money.
The offer which people are inviting is shown as either 6+4 or 7+3 which is totally pointless as the companies are required to pay minimum of 3% to ROC just for incorporating the sister concerned company in order to either fund or provide unsecured loan and they should pay the IT Tax of minimum 4% based on the type of business shown.
Moreover the miscellaneous expenses are at about 1% of the whole in order to transact the CHEST or Wealth accounts.
So, it is merely impossible for Mother companies and Multi National companies should pay a lot for FOREX. So not a single company is ready to help other's without their profit.
For Overseas investments and share holding,one should pay the Investor Visa Fee in order to invest and do business which will cost you a minimum of 2.25 crore rupess depending on the country of investment.
So, please do not trust any of the guys and frauds who speak just nonsense and give you a wrong deal.
