we need 140000 as advance payment, then after the DRP gets ready you people need to pay 6 cr per inch.. once you have given the advance amount then we will start the work that day itself and it will take around 7 to 10 days, I will provide you the accomodation in my city itself, it's my responsibility.. agreement will also be written in 1000 rs stamp paper.
