Hi Mr.Jatin,
We have a financer or a lender who can help the bulders with liquid amount. We would like to have a profile of the builder which clearly shows the property of 200 cr. On that basis we will provide you 100 to 150 cr with 5 to 6 percent. The projects/property preferably has to be in Mumbai or Pune.
