You are 100% percent right brother..I don't know y this guys are going and fooled in fake people.They don't trust the real buyers.With out paying fee no company will come.If any one telling ,with-out company fee I will bring company means they totally Sick people and there company is fake.

And some people asking profile,DRDO,fund proof,RBI license.With-out paying company fee.How they will show all the proofs.And those proofs are only with company appraiser.They will show after 1st show.And that also Only in laptop(No written copy given to seller or media).
