Procedure:

1. Seller & Buyer sign contract.
2. Seller delivers his Gold to AA Mineral in Accra DDU for testing and selling to Buyer after testing as per Contract.
3. Refinery shall issue Assay Certificate upon Completion of assaying which shall be accepted by Buyer & Seller.
4. Buyer shall pay Seller based on the Assay Certificate in local currency in the form of cash immediately after assay.
5. Ownership of the Gold shall be transferred to Buyer by Seller upon receipt of the Payment in full from the Buyer.
6. Buyer shall pay AA Mineral for cost of Assay.
7. Transaction is closed. Buyer & Seller may discuss the next trench of 30 KGS followed by another trench of 40 KGS.
