murti & buyer will come with full fund proof and MFPA duly signed by
him and notarized.

tester should also be present along with the buyer at time of deal.
after testing NCNDA,MFPA & MOU will be signed between seller & buyer.

After this 5% token to seller & 1% to mediator will released after
signing & agreement & schedule for the balance payment & mode of
payment will be mention in the final agreement.

After token is released Murti will be kept in join custody will be
handed over to buyer after F&F payment to seller & mediator.

DEMAND IS 130 CR + 20% service charges for mediator.
