Now Mr P.N. - Why I said that the material was fake is for couple of reasons:

Mr.Santosh has reached out to you and initially you said that you have tested the material and you have a full control over the seller. After you met with his/our team, we suggested to do an MoU(pre-test) with a penalty clause of 5 lakhs(As punganoor is a negative area, still our team was ready to work on it). Still we did not get any positive response from your side. In your previous post, you had mentioned that you needed to see the fund proof, and we did mention that we are ready to show you/your team a fund of 50Cr in liquid, before the show of the material, still you were not interested.

Now we did mention that you did not even need to bring 5 lakhs, instead you/your team can give a cheque also as a part of Escrow and we are ready to come down to Punganoor with the 25 lakhs as well.

Now after that also, if we didnt get a positive response, then in that case, the whole situation is tempting me to call it a fake project.

does that makes sense??
