Trading Procedures
1 The Client has to submit the documents as follows
A) Photocopy of the Fixed Deposit of any Bank OR Bank Statement of HSBC Prime Account(Minimum 10 crore and above).
B) Photocopy of the PAN-CARD.
C) Photocopy of the Passport.

2 The documents once received by the trading team will login to concern Trading Companies whether the client can go ahead for the Trading Business. The confirmation process will require 2-3 days.

3 Once after the trading team receives the confirmation they will send a compliance package to the client which consists as follows
A) Client Information Sheet(CIS)
B) Letter of Intention(LOI)
C) Holding Letter

4 The Trading team will give 2 dates where client has to come to Mumbai for transaction.

5 One day before going to Mumbai the Trading team will sign a contract with the client for facilitation charges of 20- 30% on the Principle Amount.

6 Once the Client comes to Mumbai the Trading Companies will verify the compliance package and signs a contract between client & company.

7 Once contract is signed the trading company will credit the speculative profit of 200-300% on Principle Amount to the clients account via RTGS on the spot within 2-5 hours.

8 Once after client confirms that the profit is credited to is account he has to give the holding letter for the Principle Amount for 45 days to the Trading Company.

9 Once the Transaction is done the client has to pay the facilitation charges to the trading team through check or via RTGS on the spot.

Terms & Conditions

1 The Trading team will not disclose the client details in the market as reference for their Business purpose.

2 The Client as to do all his Trading Business transactions with the same trading team for next 2 years.

3 In case in between 2 years if the client bypasses the trading team by doing the Trading Business directly with the Trading Company, the Trading team nor the concern person who as sent the mail will not be held responsible for the future losses to the client.

The proof for Clients profit will be provided by the trading company.
