sample testing process may be lengthy but it is safest one...
for both buyer and seller ....
after hijack of article or cutting no body is responsible..
u may not trust any body in the virtual world of INTERNET...
if u r giving sample and some one did not do ur work mind one thing ur article is safe.....
be safe after all u r a son/daughter of india....

tested rice is not the sample or proof...
because it radiate all radiation or energy with in 4-5 hour..
there is other way to make it in proper way
there two type of sample
1 TORCH, WATCH, KODAK ROLL
or
2 CDMA MOBILE SET

now u will ask HOW??????
after the test send the sample to me or u can directly move to regional reserch lab with ur sample...

after the GEIGER MULLER ENCOUNTER REPORT ( SAMPLE TEST REPORT )...the govt organisation like DRDO will give you code(Alfa, Beta , Gama) for make the business....i.e u have the genuine article...
and interesting thing is that the organisation will move to ur doorstep with every thing....

Now there is a question "what can be a sample"?

4- Identity proof of all person of Buyer group
5- Valid Licence to deal with radio active metal (RP) business
