because , the international buyer for these kind of products ,
having international licence and permissions to deal is presently in india ,
they are ready to show all the documents and permissions , fund proof ,
condition is that the seller has to prove the material genuinity , by bringing the tested torch , please use a new torch and dont remove the front glass and the battery , dont touch the battery and bulb and other portions with hand , cover it in air tight container.
for the mirror test , we will provide a special kind of mirror for testing ,
come with these materials first , and proved genuine , then you will be shown the documents , and then you can take them to your spot. after you are ready to bear the boarding and travelling expenses of these people ..........
