I have been receiving mails from several people who want to get the conversions done (without joining our Financial Integration Program).
To all these people, I would like to say that we work through the Accredited Agents only.
So, If you want the conversion to be done, please speak to one of the accredited agents in your city. If you are unable to find an agent near you, then we can direct you to any agent nearest to you.
This Agent will be your point-of-contact and he/she is working on our behalf. Please note that the Agents are authorized to decide the commissions for mediators like you and their decision is final and binding. We will not pay you directly. All payment will be made through the Authorized Agents as per the percentages set by them. We do not interfere in their decision and have no say in how they distribute the shares.

So, Please let me know if you would like me to refer an authorized agent to you.
You can send me an email to find out the same.

Once our agents are in place, they will be the one who will post availability of Clean funds and will be the sole authority on whose business they will accept. At that time, we will withdraw from this board and all communication will be handled by the agents (its their business).

Hello there,

Welcome to our "Financial Integration Program".

You have always wondered looking at the Black to White conversion advertisements which look to convert 1000 Crores to 5000 Crores. You may also be confused by RR methods and U-Turn methods. Let me assure you that these methods are useless as well as non-existent. There is nothing called the RR method and there is nothing called the U-Turn method. In essence there are only 2 methods, which are, Un-secured loans and Investment method.

You may also be confused by the offers that look to convert 10 Crores plus amounts in one transaction. As a Qualified Chartered Accountant, let me tell you that it is not only very difficult but also very risky, as it would come under scanners of the government.

Therefore, we devised a system of high cash turnover service companies that can convert your B Fund at a steady rate in small amounts under 2 Crores almost on a daily basis. Of course, there will be a lot of paperwork involved and the B Fund would have to submit Project Reports and Investment plans and stuff like that. These safeguards mean that the system operates under legal limits and is considered legitimate by the government.

We pay all our taxes and the money given to you becomes totally legal. These is a formal set of operating principles that our system is founded on and is completely safe. There is no movement of hard cash in big lots and safety of our clients is paramount.

Financial Agents:
Our system works by operating through Agents (Mediators) and we do not wish to see the end party who is providing the B Fund. This ensures that the B Fund is not known to us either by face or by contact details. To do this, we work through Agents who are registered with us and are our only contact. Similar to LIC Corporation, we also have Financial Agents (Mediators) who are accredited by us to bring B2W business to us. To register, the Financial Agents have to fill up a registration form and make a Security Deposit. Once this is done, an accreditation card and an accreditation letter is given to the Financial Agents. This authorizes them to talk on our behalf to the B Funds. The Financial Agents get 1.5% of the total transaction value as commission. They might have to accommodate any other unaccredited agents in the chain within this amount. In addition, an additional 0.5% commission is paid to the Financial Agent on a monthly business basis. This is their money over and above the 1.5%. We charge 6.0% to 8.0% of the transaction value and pay (0.5+1.5) 2.0% of the transaction value to the accredited mediator.

How do we do it without moving large amounts of Cash:
We operate a Business Group that has many companies in Service industry as well as Investment business. Due to our cross holdings, we are able to move the amounts between our group companies and always have a surplus amount that can be invested in other businesses. This system allows us the flexibility to service different investment amounts by using different companies.
