Your idea is good. Could you please tell me what is the real use of drp? How many drps you have made so far with specifications mentioned? If you made atleast 10 pieces, I bet you could hold 1.5cr fund in your hand. As your chemicals costs just 1.25laks, you could easily made and hold 10 to 20 pieces to sell people instantly. Because of your said time period you can't deney my doubts. If you did this work before and have been doing it now, just show evidences of your job. If it is your first attempt, bring us with your own chemicals and stuff and make in front of us...take your charge. It is 100% transparent. If you don't agree, surely it is to capture any of the innocent people who dream for big money to spare little money (1.25L).
