Hi,
steps for the converstion:-
1) RTGS
Procedure:-
the b party will get the amount at the bank or the office(which ever is convenient)We will do the QQ...once the QQ is completed the rtgs will be done.we will wait till the b party is confirmed that the rtgs is there in the account as well as the urt code is generated.

We only entertain people who really mean business.no escrow or otherwise things allowed

2)dd
although this is the safest for the b party we wish to inform that the dd making charges will be boren by the b party and should be given to the w party on the date of the transaction.we will give u the xerox of the dd and the b party should get the amount with in a pre decided tie.

very important

we have w parties based on the amount which you want to convert and the ratio will also depend upon the same.
