Procedure:

1. Offer Letter is required in the name of Mr. Manoj (President Finance) then he will generate welcome letter in the name of authorized signatory (B Funder).

2. Both the signatories will meet first and agreement will be signed.

3. B Funder has to release mediators commission at the time of signing an agreement.

4. B Funder has to come to delhi for finalizing the deal with W Funder.

5. White funder is ready to show window of minimum 50 CR.

6. In offer letter B Funder has to state the number of companies withreceiving capacity per day approved by RBI.

7. B funder has to agree to pay 12+3% i.e. 13.5% towards W Funder and his Team.
