First of all, it all depends upon your clientage, as u r a small mediator / broker so its your mind set, its not my problem.

Secondly, it corporate deal, welcome letters are professional letters, u can't understand all these ways of working, as i told u earlier that u r a road side dalal.

Regarding Percentage, same are my wordings u r a small chap...

firstly no one has that kind of white in india. prove it.

secondly no one generates welcome letters to b funders. this is truly hilarious.

thirdly no one gives this ratio.

ask your w funder to do 10 cr first at 5 percent. jv agreement followed by rtgs to my account and cash back.

and if ur party has so much white then why would he be so scared. im sure if someone tried to cheat him he will get that fellow bumped off in no time.

Procedure:

1. Offer Letter is required in the name of Mr. Manoj (President Finance) then he will generate welcome letter in the name of authorized signatory (B Funder).

2. Both the signatories will meet first and agreement will be signed.

3. B Funder has to release mediators commission at the time of signing an agreement or on 1st Transaction.

4. B Funder has to come to delhi for finalizing the deal with W Funder.

5. White funder is ready to show window of minimum 50 CR.

6. In offer letter B Funder has to state the number of companies withreceiving capacity per day approved by RBI.

7. B funder has to agree to pay 12+3% i.e. 13.5% towards W Funder and his Team.

8. Also, CA to CA meeting is also possible in Delhi.

9. 30 years Old Company.

Only 1 Condition from W Funder:

1. Either Agreement can be signed first or if B funder wants to meet W funder directly in Bank then, u have to show 2% first in front of bank manager, of said amount, and W funder will show the window and start the proceedings.
