<title>BLACK FUND AS A LOAN IS AVAILABLE WITHIN 20 DAYS</title>

<p><strong><span style="color:#009;">Hope you are doing well !!</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#009;">I would like to offer a LOAN Proposal from DUBAI through MUMBAI.</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#009;">Brief details are as follows:<br />
 <br />
1. Minimum 10 CR and Maximum 1000 CR can be obtained.<br />
2. Entire LOAN amount will be given in Liquid.<br />
3. R.O.I  5% Per Annum.<br />
4. Disbursement of LOAN within 20 Days after signing of legal agreement / MOU in MUMBAI or DUBAI.<br />
5. Deduction of Service Charges @ 5% at the time of disbursement.<br />
6. Complete business fund.<br />
7. No Collateral will be mortgaged. Only original documents to be shown in DUBAI.<br />
8. 50% to 70% of collateral value will be given.<br />
9. 07 Lacs (Cheque) commitment amount / hundi charges has to be paid upto 100 CR at the time of legal agreement in ADVANCE, if you are receiving cash in DUBAI.<br />
OR<br />
10. 1% Transaction charges (Cheque) of the said / agreed amount has to be paid in MUMBAI in ADVANCE, if you want to receive cash in INDIA, at the time of legal agreement / MOU.<br />
11. Processing fees 5% (Which Includes Commitment amount / hundi charges or Transaction Charges), rest 4% will be deducted at the time of disbursement.<br />
12. Legal agreement will be held in MUMBAI or DUBAI.<br />
13. Final meeting will be held in DUBAI, Original Property documents you have to show there.</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#009;">Documents required initially:</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#009;">1. Company Profile.<br />
2. Project Details.<br />
3. Latest Valuation Report.<br />
4. Crossed colored copy of property.<br />
5. Property title should be clear.<br />
6. First preference Freehold Collateral, Leasehold Collateral will be accepted after verification of your Leasehold deed, Project Value, Financial stability and other relevant factors.</span></strong></p>
