Niranjan, I can understand that you have all the knowledge and experience in these type of deals and no one in this world can stand anywhere near you.
My dear friend please dont waste your valuable comments until and unless someone asks you to do so.
Better you use your productive hours finding people who ready to work with your terms and conditions else try to convince your owner or signatory to increase the percentage, than definetly you will get more number of deals.

i offered you genuine deal but you did not understand. your running after brokers.

we have a trust. once you give cash we will bring the entry into our trust which will donate to your trust.

now if you dont do the deal it seems you dont have a genuine client.

start with 5.75c and take 5 c as donation in your trust same day.
