 <br />
Need Cash Holding, Bank FDR, Commercial Property with BG(Bank Guarantee) for Trading, 45 days Holding.</p>
<p>Please find the below points for further process.</p>
<p>1. Cash Holding/FDR holding Period - 45 days holding.<br />
Commercial Property with BG - 45 days to 1 Year holding.</p>
<p>2. Min Amt for Cash Holding/FDR (Individual/Company A/c) in INR - 25 Cr &amp; Above.<br />
Min BG (Bank Guarantee) value for Commercial Property in INR - 75 Cr &amp; Above.</p>
<p>3. Ratio/Profit - 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 (Depends on the Cash/FDR Amt/ Property BG &amp; Duration)<br />
Eg: <br />
For 100=&gt;100Profit if 1:1 Ratio<br />
For 100=&gt;200Profit if 1:2 Ratio<br />
For 100=&gt;300Profit if 1:3 Ratio<br />
Note: (TDS will be deducted on Profit Amt) + Principle Amt Release after Trading Period.</p>
<p><span style="color:#f00;"><strong>4. Service Charge/Media Commission - 30% (A+B) on the Profit Amount for all ratios.<br />
For Eg: Base FDR/Cash Holding is 30 Cr. <br />
For 1:1 Ratio, Service Charge will be 30% on 30 cr, i.e 9 cr (will be divided as A+B).<br />
For 1:2 Ratio, Service Charge will be 30% on 60 cr, i.e 18 cr (will be divided as A+B). <br />
For 1:3 Ratio, Service Charge will be 30% on 90 cr, i.e 27 cr (will be divided as A+B). <br />
For Commercial Property - 30% on the Profit Amt (will be divided as A+B).</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#f00;"><strong>Note: Media commission will be credited to individual Bank A/c after TDS.<br />
Cash Holding/Bank FDR/Commercial Property OWNER has to pay the Service <br />
Charge/Media commission of 30% (A+B) to the Media.</strong></span></p>
<p>5. Preferred Banks - HSBC, AXIS, ICICI, HDFC &amp; Nationalized Banks.</p>
<p>6. Processing days - 4-5 days + 10 days , will be Completed in 15 days.</p>
<p>7. Principle Amount (Cash/FDR/BG) will be Released after Agreed Trading Period.</p>
<p>8. Initial Documents needed - </p>
<p>Following DOCUMENTS Needed for Bank FDR:<br />
1.FRONT AND BACK SIDE COLOR SCAN COPY OF THE FIXED DEPOSIT RECEIPT (FDR)<br />
2.LATEST BANK ACCOUNT VERIFICATION LETTER.<br />
3.PAN CARD COLOR SCAN<br />
4.PASSPORT 1st &amp; 2nd PAGE COLOR COPY.</p>
<p>Following DOCUMENTS Needed for Cash Holding:<br />
1.Bank Current Dated Statement With Bank Manager Seal and Sign<br />
2.Pan Card Scan in Color<br />
3.Passport Copy Scan in Color</p>
<p>Following DOCUMENTS Needed for Commercial Property with BG:<br />
Commercial Property with Clear Titles Worth BG value INR 75 Cr &amp; Above<br />
1. Mother Deed Xerox<br />
2. Sale deeds Xerox<br />
3. Legal opinion Latest Xerox<br />
4. Valuation Report Latest Xerox (Min Amt INR 150 Cr &amp; Above)<br />
5. EC Latest Xerox<br />
6. Tax Paid receipt till Date Xerox<br />
7. BG from the BANK (Min Amt INR 75 Cr &amp; Above)<br />
8. Owner KYC Xerox copy (PAN, Passport, Adhar Card, Voter ID, Bank statement)</p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#f00;">Note: Property Owner should pay the Legal, Valuation &amp; BG Charges.<br />
Trust A/c, Co-operative Bank A/c &amp; Agriculture Land are NOT Allowed.</span></strong></p>
