RBI does not approve anything. CBDT approves which is different from RBI and that is for 35 ac 1 and 2.

those trusts do not give more than 10 percent kick back.

we have a concept of donation mode

we r ready for

frm trust to trust or frm private limited company to trust we r ready for that

v receive only second channel no liquid

ratio is 100+20+10

u should have a project
and project approval
with R.B.I approval for receiving donation
permision clearance certificate

and trust should be in the form of 80g 12A 112
