1. You need to submit Samples for approval either by Flight corrier or you can submit personally in Lab, Reputed & Government approved Nuclear Research Centre. Arrangement will be done by us, you don't have to pay.

2. Guidelines of sample procurement is attached in mail.

3. Upon successful approval, we will prove you sanctity and authenticity of buyer in financial terms.

4. If you are agreed to take white declared amounts(If you wish to take B amounts can be arranged with practical possible process), We will execute agreement & NCNDA with you.

5. Payment schedule & Payment confirmation with necessary permission like FED clearance,  Non criminal origin certification of funds, Earmarking of Funds, White paper clearance from RBI etc will be done at source.

6. Upon your satisfaction of buyers capabilities in financial terms, We shall move for inspection venue you can decide, but should be decent commercial facilities should be available on venue.

7. Upon successful inspection immediately Trade accounts will be open via online banking ina multinational bank and funds will be transfered.

8. We will provide taxation clearances and CA assistance for your funds.

9.You can verify in both ways physical transaction & online transfer.

10. Upon satisfaction i.e. funds are clear, credited & transferable you need to provide NOC for material to be moved.

11. Above mentioned is White transaction if you are looking for cash funds we can arrange with mutual understanding.

12. Please Note our appraiser/ technical team going to use radiation detection instruments like Grger Mullar or Dosimeter.

As per your demand of token in advance, we can consider it upon successful approval of tested samples.

ok your procedure looks genuine but my condition is never change and without any advance i m not going for anything.
And about bank paper clearance.
don't worry about that thing
kyun ke
mein advance ke liye aap ko jo bhi bank a/c dunga woh mera nahein hai.
magar mein usse manage kar rahahuin.
that's why i already told you.
You can deposit in multi transaction.
aur mein 3-4 crore ya 5 crore tak black amount handle kar sakta huin.
so don't worry for bank clearance and i m not direct answerable to bank.
So that's why i m demanding advance in black.
