Rate of Interest - 3 to 5% par Annam (Depend on project viability)
Service Charges - 5% one time ( to be deduct at the time of disbursement)
Commission - 2% one time ( to be deduct at the time of disbursement)
Disbursement - with in 15 days from the date of signing of loan agreement.

Process

Required first complete company profile with complete Technical and Financial Project Report
Required Mandate Latter in Favour of Jabalpur Deals & Mr Dhananjay Singh
After received above document will be provide NCNDA that should be required from borrower company with seal and signed
Than after meeting will be done with the financier with the all document and to be sign loan agreement by the both party at required place ( may be Mumbai or Delhi as per financier requirement)
All the brokerage and commission will be disburse to beneficiary with in 48 hours from the disbursement
Brokerage and commission should be required in totally in white after TDS deduction and required commission and TDS certificate in favour of beneficiary
