8) Bank Statement Last 6mths till date, sign stamped by Bank official in one **single PDF showing transactions**
9) Bank Receiving Letter of Current date
10) One Cancelled Cheque without date vide sealed and signed
11) Last 3 Years ITR.
12) Last 3 Years Balance Sheets.
13) Last 3 Years Audit Reports.
14) Board Resolution for Receiving Investment
(As per Investment Agreement)
RTGS : RS 10 CR PER DAY X 60 WORKING DAYS. AGREEMENT WILL BE FOR TOTAL 60 WORKING DAYS I.E RS 600 CR.

RE-RTGS TO THE COMPANY 60%, RECEIVER 30%, MEDIA COMM 10% ON EACH DAY.
MEDIA COMM should be in CASH
10% MEDIA COMM = DONER MEDIA 33.33%+CENTRAL MEDIA 33.33%+RECEIVER MEDIA 33.33%

THERE WILL BE RS 5 CR PLUS IN THE BANK ACCOUNT EVERY DAY BEFORE TRANSACTION.

Note: Project value should not be less than 600cr. Bank Statement will have to submit as and when required at least 2/3 times during the process.
