Land Holding / Trading Protocol

Bullet payment against the Ready-reckoner value of the land only.

Minimum valuation : 50 Crores

Processing time : 100 days

Bullet payment : 60% of the valuation.

Mediators commission extra 5%

Holding period : 11 months

Deposit : 35L only by rtgs to the company account against security cheque and stamp paper

Only NA plots are eligible for the trading purpose.

*NOTE* : For Maharashtra state only, Agricultural lands are allowed for holding protocol.

Example:
If a person is holding a land of the ready-reckoner value 50 Crores, the bullet payment will be issued on the same will be 30 Crores on very first day. The land papers will be hold for 11 months.
Mediators will get the commission of 2.5 Crores immediately after the bullet to the beneficiary.
