sir i am not sure if you are aware of it but every bank accounts have been converted all the account which u say 2d into 3d and if u do payment with the any source you will get request to change it to 3d from 2d accounts and i am not saying this simply as even mine and my know accounts were 2d and we tried but transaction was failed ultimately and the bank asked us to convert our accounts to 3d as per the Govt Of India/ RBI norms and we did as we didnt have any option
