consultant required for getting loan of 100 cr mumbai

im looking to work with a consultant who can help get bank loan or pvt loan for 4 years to re develop a housing society of 91 flats.

the flats will be demolished and a high rise constructed on the same plot . society will offer first lein on complete project valued at about 450 cr. repayment will be done through sale of surplus flats.
