hi karim ,
we have got information from lot of sellers that sharma had taken money , he is not even attending the calls , he had made sellers to pay in a company account , whose address he had given as tanish , jaipur , after payment also , sharma had not came to their place and not even checked the products .
then others those who will come after depositing , are telling that , hundi problem , wife problem etc.
i am no one to blame here ... but i am suggesting people that if these people are for real , and you are paying lakhs of money to them for fees, then atleast go to their offices , check their credentials , if satisfied then deposit and take them to your place after agreement are done . if not satisfied then dont deposit , come back .
the people those who had taken money , and after testing , if found the product is genuine during discussion in the office , then keep those frauds under your control , and dont leave them until and unless they pay your money ... that will be best ... pay back my money and then only the sellers should leave .
hardly in india , the money needed to travel from jammu to kanyakumari is around 2000 rs. in a sleeper class train , or even less then that , then why these sellers are depositing the money without checking the company and its peoples credentials and whereabouts.
if they had taken your money , and if they cant do the deal , then dont leave them make them to pay your money. they cant run with the hard earned cash of sellers and mediators , and putting them into debts , losses ....
who the hell they are to cheat these innocent sellers and mediators.

the most difficult part of the business is to get to a real genuine buyer ... and to get a genuine seller ... even i can suggest you .. that if you have any contacts with big capitalists ... those who cant show papers ... but can pay you the money ... its also advisable to go with them ... if they can pay you money ... for the last 10 years .. the prices has shot up .. before that people used to pay hardly 2-3 crores on MR ... but now things had gone differently .. lot of money is involved ... which had lead to lot more complications .. before that capitalists used to pay direct cash ... and used to take it ... now people are asking for money in white ... and things had gone very complicated ... thats why all the fuss about ...

we appreciate your concern sir , see its ok , you cant come down to office , if you can also show the product to our guy also , then they can put their money to bring the company to your place with all the documents ... but without seeing or testing who is going to put their money ... see you are not ready to come down .. you are also not interested to put money ... the company people will not go to your place without confirming that you are having a product ... and you are willing to give it ... after making you talk with the main persons also if you are not satisfied ... then the only way is to show the product to our guys ... if they are satisfied then they will put their money for your product ... there is nothing for you to lose ... for company papers and other documents whatever you are asking these papers are with the MD ... how he will give it to others ?
the worst thing about this business , is nobody wants to get exposed .
see you are not coming , no person from our side had seen your product ,
you are also not willing to pay the company fees ,
if others are willing to put their money for your product , then without seeing the product , how one can put the money.
you are not willing to come down and discuss the financial dealings ,
then please tell me , how we can do it .
you are not coming , the company will not go to your place without the intial company deposit .. . then the only way is to show the product to some guy , who is willing to deposit the company fees and take the company people to your place ...

you took money from us on 1st August 2009. Till date you have not come to bangalore and did any work. I referred several material to you, but you are not at all doing any work. The nearest to your place one material i refered, that too you did not go. I think you are not honest person to do this kind of dealing. If you are not able to complete a small work, how can you do big big deals.
