They are called as dupakoor's.
99% of them will appear. They call themselves hacker's.. Apparently the Expose are. They can be found very easily and ask for an Up-Front. They tend to receive upfront scam directly or indirectly. They will not come escrow. They are working only for upfront money.
No thief will park stolen money. This is a common sense
