I have a donor party (foreign) who wants to make an outright donation to a medical trust in India.
The receiving medical trust must have a valid FCRA license.
Preference for a medical trust in Maharashtra / Gujarat State

The media commission will be payable by the receiving party. 20% for media (A and B)
The meeting will be done in Mumbai city only (Primary meeting).

The medical trust only needs a valid medical registration license and a valid FCRA license. That is it. Nothing else.
