guys one of my known friends is having a peacock feather with two eyes on it and as i was interested in selling it ..........so i wanted to know that how to test that it is functional or not.........plz help

Hold it in sunlight in early morning facing sun. observe your own shadow. this is basic if its there rest will be positive.
