1995 note for sale . old and antique note .

There is no original note1995 signed by m s ahluwaliya, all r fake.
I have the original one..signed by S Venkatraman. Water test done-dipped in water for 2 mins, colour not faded,watermark seen in water as well as in light. No manipulation in nos.

There is no such note of 1995 . Nor venkatraman was there at the time of 1995 only ahluwali , monek singh was there in 1995 , venkatraman was there as a governor in 1980'time .

My note has the same feature as yours 10 minutes you put in water no color change and water mark is original . only serious buyers as a collector can take an interest in 1995 notes.
