im based at mumbai and have clients who keep coming to me with FD BG and cash conversion. they are willing to assign FD and BG to me and as far as cash is concerned they will deal through me only.

i wish to deal with only people who have done trades in these three instruments. for FD the client will assign to me without any MT. i can assign further or hold the FD with me for the specified period. i need the multiple agreed upon to be transferred to my bank account on the day the agreement is signed. client will authorise me to deal on his behalf.

BG are also in my name or assigned to me without any MT. the BG can be assigned further to you and the agreed upon multiple needs to be transferred to my account same day.

cash holding will be in my bank account and the multiple needs to be remitted into the account on the date of agreement.
