party is a private individual. land is owned by him and his family. there is no company involved. once funding is made available then the spv will be created. im getting 90 percent on valuation so ur offer of 60 to 80 is unattractive.

Either you are failing to know what mortagage loan is or you have no idea how loan is granted and aggainst what securities.Nobody wl give loan just based on property.you got to show auditing papersz which specifies the companies balance sheet aswell profit/loss per year.When you are getting 90% that too without auditing backed papers what r u hunting here for? u r expecting 1000% againt property without any proof of company balance sheet?

first of all learn to keep attitude out of discussions. i think you are not understanding what i want.

there are many people in india who have properties worth millions and they are retired. properties are owned by them and not companies so its not necessary that for each loan there has to be a balance sheet. if that were the case then no greenfield project would ever get started.

and for your information all banks do loan against property. if you have cases which you cant do because you dont have links send them to me and i will get it done but at bank interest rates.

my party wants private finance. and if you cannot do private finance then dont write posts and annoy other people. stick to what you do
