Eligibility - All type of Company, Institutions ,Trust having continuity in the field for more than 2 yrs and above,
Less Paperwork , Less documentation,
Security : PDC's and Promissory Note.

Mortgage Loan :
Minimum - 5 Cr to Maximum 800 Cr,
Simple Mortgage ,
Rate of interest - 9% to 12% Per annul(Diminishing)
Loan Tenure - 4 Yr to 12 Yr,
30 % to 80 % of Funding from Market Value,
Less Paper Work , Less Documentation.

Project Loan - Existing Company Projects only,
Rate of Interest - 9% to 12% Per annul,
Loan Tenure - 7 Yr to 15 Yr(Diminishing),
Minimum - 50 Cr to Maximum - 1500 Cr.
We don't do Private Equity, wont take stake ,Only for Interest we Provide finance.

Note:
1.NPA and Sick Company are Preferred ,
2.for Mortgage Loan we Provide 80% Funding from Market Value,
3.Half yearly Interest only / Half Yearly EMI,
4.No Processing charges / No Upfront or any other Charges,
