Here i am for the greater good and want you to understand the ground realities. Private financing at 5% not possible as the KKR like on of the biggest private equiy firms lend 2000 cr @ 17%(A recent deal) . Please understand the economic principles. you were right on the part that i wasted my time here.Money has its value its not free. Work on ur economics and banking skills.

thanks sir. with your skills u need to sitting in a bank not roaming around on rice puller. we need to figure that . secondly if u did read the post i never asked for local finance since im aware finance costs in india are high.
