To be frank with you Niranjan we too have some "stupid conditions" but are not going to back off like you said, unless the other side gives even a remote sign of being stupid or doing anything off the track. Its more than 5 years since you are posting here mr.niranjan. I remember to have read your posts about doing the deasl at 4 % and now off late you adk for 10%. During this self raise of the rates from 4 to 10% one thing is common, that is your claim to have done deals and also your leg pulling habit. Let me tell you one thing, if somebody had done a deal , there will no need to post on this forum again.

Grow up niranjan please its time you grow . 5 years is too much of time.

yes i have been around for a long time. and yes rates have gone up and down. if you actually work in the financial world mr maa you will realise that rates of everything go up and down. all the time.

seems u need to grow up sir...and mind your own business. that is if you have some work to do. or you can work as a trainee with me for free to learn how the financial markets work. how deals change rates in a matter of hours.

perhaps it would do some good sir.

maa sir . you are right . and since u are such a fan of mine and have been tracking me for five years. wow. i love that. you will realise that the frequency of my postings are on the decline. i have built up some kind of contact base where i do small deals . and i must share with you that i do come back here because the commissions on these actual deals is very low.

all that jazz u see about crores is actually BS. the real malai is eaten by guys who own the funds. us brokers that is the genuine ones get less than half a percent commission. not enough to sustain forever.
